This Hands on course covers the Advanced Electronics Manufacturing & Assembly, Learn the entire inline assembly process. This training is provided to operate the Solder Paste Printer (Fuji make), Solder Paste Inspection System (KOYUNG), Pick&Place Machine (Yamaha), Reflow oven (Heller) and AOI (KOYUNG). Hands-on will be done with the tailor made PCB to assemble SMT components. This course also provide training about the handling of components (ESD safe methods) in the assembly line, soldering methods, fundamental of solder paste and fundamental of stencils.

This course is designed to provide the following:
Understanding of automatic assembly process using SMT and through hole components.
Understanding power electronics components and circuits.
Basic Experiments with STM 32 embedded system.
Power electronics application with STM 32 embedded system.
